Charming neighborhood tucked behind Galveston Seawall with traditional and colonial architectural characteristics.  These homes are a rare find and present in a variety of sizes; on mostly large lots.  Homes in this neighborhood date from early to mid twentieth century and most did not incur damage during Hurricane Ike in 2008 because this is one of the highest points on the island.
